These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales of cosmetics, make-up and beauty products made via the Velvéas website. Velvéas is a company whose registered office is located at 50 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. The T&Cs apply to all sales made in France, the European Union, Canada and the United States. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these conditions.

2. Description of the Products

Velvéas strives to describe the products as accurately as possible. However, there may be minimal differences between the description and the delivered product without affecting the quality or conformity of the product. The photos of the products are given as an indication.

3. Prices and Currencies

Product prices are indicated in the local currency depending on the country of delivery: in euros (EUR) for sales in France and the EU, in Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canada, and in US dollars (USD) for the United States. Prices include applicable taxes (VAT for EU, GST/HST for Canada and local taxes in the United States). Shipping costs are added at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery and Deadlines

Velvéas delivers its products to France, the European Union, Canada and the United States. Delivery times are as follows:
– France: 3 to 5 working days
– European Union: 5 to 10 working days
– Canada: 10 to 15 working days
– United States: 10 to 12 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier. Customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the European Union, at the customer’s expense.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

The conditions for returns and refunds differ depending on the region:

– **France & EU**: In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original condition and in its unopened packaging.

– **Canada**: Canadian customers have 30 days to return an unused product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a defective product or product that does not conform to the order.

– **United States**: US customers also have 30 days to return a product, provided that it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may be covered by Velvéas in the event of a defective product.

These T&Cs are governed by French law for customers in France and the European Union. Canadian customers are subject to the laws of the applicable province and applicable Canadian federal laws. Customers residing in the United States are subject to the laws of their state of residence, in addition to U.S. federal laws. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service for an amicable resolution before any legal action.
